    [tests]: Add unit tests for man/mdoc `P` register.
    
    * tmac/tests/an_P-register-works.sh:
    * tmac/tests/andoc_P-register-works.sh:
    * tmac/tests/doc_P-register-works.sh: Do it.
    
    * tmac/tmac.am (tmac_TESTS): Run tests.
    
    Two tests fail at this commit.
