groff_man*(7): Identify SB origin in description.
I've tracked down the source of this "deviation" from V7 man to my
satisfaction.
I had a look at unarchived tape distributions of SunOS 3.5 (January
1988) and SunOS 4.0 (December 1988). The former does not define the
macro and there are no occurrences in its man pages.
The latter does define it, and there are ~2,113 occurrences.
There were no SunOS releases between these two, though my guess is that
SunOS 4 was under development for some time prior to the 3.5 release.
According to Wikipedia, version 4 featured "[a] new virtual memory
system, dynamic linking, automounter, System V STREAMS I/O, [and]
Sun386i support."
