    groff_mdoc(7): Drop custom `Lb` string stuff.
    
    I missed this spot when shovelling all that material into the "Files"
    section.
    
    Continues commit 94746cbd4f, 12 December.
    
    Also drop redundant `Pp` call and use two empty requests _before_ a call
    that is expected to produce vertical space, not after it.
