    groff_man*(7): Update §§ "History" and "Files".
    
    Rearrange history items to be in date order.
    
    Tighten wording and recast since `SB` is now also characterized as an
    extension.
    
    Add annotation about origin of `cR` register.
    
    Also update cross reference to groff(7) section name.
