    src/devices/xditview/README: Drop stale info.
    
    It no longer makes sense to talk about X11R5 (or X11R4!) as if they are
    used in production systems.  Similarly, groff stopped installing
    gxditview to a different directory than its other binaries many years
    ago.  (I didn't look up when, but I surmise that it long predates our
    build system's conversion to Automake about ten years ago.)
    
    Also drop discussion of licensing, which is handled in the top-level
    "LICENSES" file now.  If someone wants to argue about public domain
    dedications versus the retention of MIT/X11-style license terms, which
    are _highly_ permissive, and the challenge of public domain dedications
    in copyright jurisdictions that don't recognize the concept of "public
    domain" the way the U.S. does, please read (at least) the following
    before commencing contention.
