groff_man*(7): Fix style nits.
* Migrate terminology: say simply "terminals" and "typesetters".
* Explain relationship between inset amount and indentation less
vaguely.
* Use parentheticals less.
* Use active voice more.
* Tune indentation of tagged paragraphs used for option list.
* Use unbreakable spaces before measurements at ends of sentences.
* Tighten wording.
* Retune poor man's keep.
