[Gtick-devel] "Base Meter" = "Beat Meter"

Hi GTick devs!

While translating this wee application, I realised that you're using
"Base Meter" in the list of shortcuts for what effectively changes what
is listed in the interface as "Beat". This seems like a (terminology)
bug, so I thought I'd give you a heads up. :)
