I could verify a complete shared build on Windows and send the patch
to one of the maintainers. That is the best offer I can do. But I am
also keen on the considerations of the development staff.
please prepare a patch and corresponding change log entries, and post a
pointer to that tarball (if nowhere to stash tarball, send it to me,
uuencoded). include a README.MAINTAINERS file, which ought to have your
notes, as well as a log of the commands used to prepare the patch. also
state somewhere which branch is involved (i hope it will be the unstable
branch), and the timestamp of the operation.
i just checked in guile-core/emacs/patch.el (unstable branch only),
which might prove useful to you.
