Hi Andy,

Awesome work on the reader! And awesome work in general. I met Neil and
Ludovic last weekend, and we're all super-plussed about your work.
I'm glad to hear that :)
I want to get Mark's nil patch merged in, then start merging your work
to master. We need to get it there before Ken can update, I think.
Yes, it would be cool to have the nil patch in; then I can switch my
compiler to really using nil (and probably fix some bugs with that,
we'll see). I think for merging my work, it may be best to do my change
to "the core" about nil in assembly/VM first -- I can provide you with a
real patch if you want. The commit was one first and a fix (with
merging conflicting master changes) later, so I don't know how
cherry-picking these two from my branch work...
Apart from that, everything should just be my module/language/elisp
folder and the two test-files (elisp-compiler and elisp-reader), plus
the Makefile changes to include the tests. I think so far I did not
include my elisp files in the build system because it seemed easier to
test changes on-the-fly when they are not installed. Well, but I'm sure
we work this out.
Have a nice weekend!
Daniel
