I _think_ I have finally managed to hack my "libguile.a" into a "guile.dll"
and "guile.lib" for use on Win32. But I'm not sure.... and I don't want to
have to go through this everytime I update to a new version (1.5.1, in this
case).... is there a blessed way to make dll/lib instead of .a, for
building guile on Win32? (with no Cygnus dependencies)
