guile-www release imminent

folks,

i notice on ftp.gnu.org (actually on the dec.com mirror, since
ftp.gnu.org is still swamped presumably due to emacs-21.1 release) that
there is no guile-www tarball, so i'm in the process of preparing a
release.  digging through archives, i see that there was a 1.0b posting
(Jim Blandy 1997-10-20), and so i'm thinking of giving this a 1.0
version number.

please let me know soon if there are any objections; i plan to cvs tag
sometime in the next 24 hours.  time to kick this baby out the door (can
you really call a 4-year-old a baby?).
