[snap] guile-scripts snapshot available

folks,

under http://www.glug.org/snap/ there is now directory "scripts" and the
associated nightly update log and tarball.  if you "cvs checkout hack",
this is the same as hack/scripts/.

this mail is also a demonstration of using the "[AREA]" subject-line tag
convention to help readers do more fine-grained filtering (assuming ttn
is not in your killfile ;-).
