guile-scsh 2.0.0

I've repackaged the current guile-scsh CVS sources as version 2.0.0.
(why 2.0.0?  because I didn't think it was complete enough to justify
calling it version 1.  Also there was the earlier version that found
its way into Debian).

At the moment it can be obtained from:

http://www.arglist.com/guile/

This is compatible with Guile 1.6.x and based on scsh 0.5.3.
