LWN thread on gnucash, mentions guile

This has some discussion of whether using guile was a good idea or
not.

Interestingly, that discussion focuses on whether "Scheme is too
hard"; I didn't see any "guile is broken" comments.  So perhaps half
the battle has been won.

(They are looking for help - the thread is in response to a call for
help from one of the lead gnucash developers.)
