hi, i don't think i did the right thing but it didn't
allow me to copy to usr/share folder and i create a
folder on my desktop and unzip thru gnuzip and type
the -configure command it took about 20 minutes to
configure and half anhour ago i typed -make commant
and it is still doing something and i am waiting.
I am pretty aware that i made a mistake by copying on
my desktop but i was tired of trying to install this
last 20 hours as a newbei.
So next question is could i uninstall it and do it
from right direction?

Or is it ok to be on my desktop i am not doing
important things on this box it is an MDK 9.1, old
Pentium 133 with 96 MB RAM on it all i want is a
browser and gnumeric to do my homeworks.
thx for advice and comments
