FWIW, attached is `srfi-64.scm' from Guile-RPC.  It loads
`srfi-64.upstream.scm' which must be the reference implementation
available from srfi.schemers.org. (Note that said implementation has a
number of issues on Guile, notably wrt. `test-error' IIRC.)
