It looks like you’re using libguile from Guile 1.8 (otherwise you’d have
only “yes” above), perhaps with /usr/bin/guile from Guile 2.0.
Could it be that your $LD_LIBRARY_PATH leads ‘configure’ to use libguile
from Guile 1.8 somehow, or perhaps ‘guile-config’ from 1.8? What’s the
value of GUILE_LDFLAGS in ‘config.log’?
