Guile-Lib is now at <http://www.nongnu.org/guile-lib/>.

Now, there’s no such option, but commit
0d38cbba0b9bbfd3c885c7f24e2b224579a334a4 makes sure the RSS-2 reader
doesn’t get built/tested when (htmlprag) isn’t available.

It’s best to install Guile-Lib, or at least htmlprag.scm somewhere.
