install guile of question

Hi
     The following is the installation of guile and gmp log（add attachments ）,
     please help me to solve this problem as soon as possible,

     I tried CFLAGS=+DD64 ./configure, previously installed Libtool, but error: GNU libltdl : configure: ( Libtool ) not found, see README.
