guile-cairo - autotool chain patches - prerelease

Hi Guilers,

Attached, a series of admin patches for guile-cairo, now using guile's m4 
macros and
other improvements. 'make distcheck' pass here, both using 2.0.12 and 2.1.3.

I also uploaded a pre release, guile-cairo-1.10.0, here:

Use a .sig file to verify that the corresponding file (without the .sig suffix) 
is
intact.  First, be sure to download both the .sig file and the corresponding
tarball.  Then, run a command like this:

        gpg --verify guile-cairo-1.10.0.tar.gz.sig

If that command fails because you don't have the required public key, then run 
this
command to import it:

        gpg --keyserver keys.gnupg.net --recv-keys A3057AD7

and rerun the 'gpg --verify' command.
