New release of guile-sjson

Hello!  I've made a new release of guile-sjson, a schemey json
reading/writing library based on David Thompson's work on (ice-9 json).

This does very little other than switch the `null' value in javascript
to be read as 'null.  That's something we discussed on the list here.
