Marc,

As far as I know, there isn't one of what you are describing.

I actually tried to make a client that did exactly what you describe.  I
used GTK3 and WebKit2Gtk3, and then I tried to hook in Guile as a script, but
I didn't get very far before giving up to work on other things.
