I never used the other parts of nyacc directly, but I think your
ffi-helper (<https://www.nongnu.org/nyacc/ffi-help.html>) can be very
useful.  I tested libgettextpo via ffi-helper

in my old website source code from when it was still using
libgettextpo and it still works with current nyacc 0.99.
