    Revert "nginx: berlin: Use nginx 1.17.4."
    
    This reverts commit 9fdb990982006a4d0ddb68aa71351cc76ef50cdc.
    No longer needed, as update to nginx 1.17.7 fixes the regression
    introduced in 1.17.5. See #38411.
