    E.g. <http://apache.belnet.be/jakarta/oro/jakarta-oro-2.0.8.tar.gz>
    redirects to a bogus 200 HTML page.
    
    * guix/download.scm (%mirrors): Replace apache.belnet.be with
    ftp.nluug.nl.
