    Add watchdog support.
    
    * src/cuirass/watchdog.scm: New file.
    * Makefile.am (dist_pkgmodule_DATA): Add it.
    * src/cuirass/utils.scm (with-timeout, get-message-with-timeout): Export 
them.
    * bin/cuirass.in (main): Start the watchdog.
