I have tested the v3-avoid--force patch with the command:

$ ./pre-inst-env guix import texlive mathpazo

There are no errors.  The texlive importer uses svn-fetch so this is a
good test.

I have spotted one typo in the patch: "hg-fetch:" should be "svn-
fetch:".  Otherwise, LGTM.
