    * doc/guix.texi (Build Phases): New section.
    (Build Systems): Remove 'modify-phases' example and add cross-reference
    to "Build Phases".
    (Build Utilities)[Build Phases]: Simplify intro and link to "Build
    Phases".
    (G-Expressions): Add index entries for "code staging" and add
    cross-reference to "Build Phases".
