    syscalls: Fix clone on powerpc64le-linux.
    
    This makes the clone procedure work correctly and fixes some test failures 
on
    powerpc64le-linux, including tests/containers.scm.
    
    * guix/build/syscalls.scm (clone): Add an entry for ppc64le.
