    gnu: pypy: Move to separate module.
    
    This removes the need to import (gnu packages python-xyz) in (gnu packages
    python), avoiding issues with circular imports.

    * gnu/packages/pypy.scm (pypy): …here
    * gnu/local.mk: Register new file.
