    guix-europe: accounting: Correct an entry.
    
    One of the bills for the 10 years event had been paid without VAT.
    The correction takes the additional wire transfer into account (without
    creating a separate entry).
    
    * guix-europe/accounting/accounting.ledger: Correct the amount in an entry.
    * guix-europe/accounting/2022-09-14-1.pdf: Add a page to the bill with the
    missing VAT amount.
