    gnu: rasdaemon: Add missing inputs and rewrite using G-Exps.
    
    * gnu/packages/linux.scm (rasdaemon)[arguments]: Rewrite using
    G-Expressions.  Add 'fix-dmidecode-and-modprobe' and 'wrap-rasdaemon'
    phases.
    [inputs]: Add perl-dbd-sqlite, dmidecode, and kmod.
