    gnu: rmath-standalone: Set timezone variables.
    
    These variables are needed by R's configure script.
    
    * gnu/packages/statistics.scm (rmath-standalone)[arguments]: Add 
'set-timezone
    phase; remove trailing #T from 'chdir phase.
