gnu: libgcrypt: Skip hanging benchmark tests on the Hurd.
* gnu/packages/gnupg.scm (libgcrypt)[arguments]: When building natively on
the
Hurd, add phase 'setenv' to set "GCRYPT_NO_BENCHMARKS".
