    http: /admin/specification/edit notifies jobset via the bridge.
    
    * src/cuirass/http.scm (url-handler): Send ‘update-jobset’ message to
    BRIDGE.
    * src/cuirass/scripts/register.scm (bridge): Handle ‘update-jobset’
    messages.
