Pushed in fa9ad4b4822d..e6f5b9f7321925.

However it is only a temporary measure because on the 'core-updates'
branch, (guix build syscalls) is used by polkit (for
SET-CHILD-SUBREAPER!) and thus get nearly 3k dependents.
