What about something like this?

(format t "test~%")

This example is pretty similar to the ROS file header which would be
like.

#!/bin/sh
#|-*- mode:lisp -*-|#
#|
exec ros -Q -- $0 "$@"
|#

(format t "test~%")
--8<---------------cut here---------------end--------------->8---
