* guix/scripts/system/reconfigure.scm: New file.
* Makefile.am (MODULES): Add it.
* guix/scripts/system.scm (bootloader-installer-script): Export variable.
* gnu/machine/ssh.scm (switch-to-system, upgrade-shepherd-services)
(install-bootloader): Delete variable.
* gnu/machine/ssh.scm (deploy-managed-host): Rewrite procedure.
