Subject: [bug#51838] [PATCH v2 12/26] gnu: node-llparse-bootstrap: Use #:absent-dependencies.

gnu/packages/node.scm (node-llparse-bootstrap)[arguments]: Add
`#:absent-dependencies`. Stop deleting the `'configure` phase.
Add a new phase `#:delete-package-lock` to remove the
problematic "package-lock.json".
