[bug#57528] [PATCH] promotional: New retractable banner designs

Hi,

This is a patch for guix-artwork repository. It adds two designs for the kind 
of roll-up banners that will be used in events such as the upcomming 
https://10years.guix.gnu.org/ event.

The yellow one was already sent for print.
