List additions before removals.  Also, from a cursory look at git log,
we prefer "Remove" with inputs.

Repeated snippet.
For #:phases, you should probably write [arguments]<#:phases> and a
more detailed change description.
For [license] simply write "Adjusted accordingly" or "Adjusted
according to unbundled packages".
