Summary:  the CC calculation function must be moved

Original Submission:  The function that does the lazy CC calculation must be

moved from i386-mop.c to a helper file, due the global

register allocator.



This is a problem when the functions are called from

outside i386-mop, where the global register allocator is

not used.



Maybe there the global register allocator must be used 

through-out the whole tree.
