Dear GNU Health translator colleagues,

at https://hosted.weblate.org/projects/gnu-health/health_icd10/ there is an updated version of ICD-10 which needs help for translation.

It would be great if you could help especially with Albanian, Arabic, Chinese, French, Greek, Italian, Japanese, Lao, Portuguese (Brazil) or Spanish.

Since ICD-10 is an official coding system, provided by WHO, it would be great if you find access at https://www.who.int/classifications/icd/ICD-10%20languages.pdf to the contact points for your language of the official 42 language versions. You can use that version for translation at weblate or provide me with a machine readable list of the translation. Good starting points for investigation are also homepages of the Ministry of Health. Be aware that there are very often national or local versions of ICD-10 which can differ a lot from the original WHO-version.

In the case that you can help within the next few weeks it would be great if you drop a line so we can bundle resources. If I can be of any help for searching please contact me via this mailing list.

All the best

Edgar
