GNU Health Occupation database - French and German translation not activated

Dear all,

I noticed that the French (and even German) translation of the occupation database is not visible in GNU Health (3.6.4). I checked the weblate site and the translated content is there. It looks like it is not uploaded in the GNU Health client.
