i have "$xblpp" which can be . or cat

i used it without eval invalidly ( cause wouldnt it disable . bash
functionality )
now that i added quotes to i got rid of the command not found to . is the
command not found
BUT
i use it as rc/profile, and when i used it it worked
say, $xblpp == . == bash sources its arg
just on the second run it errors out ( eval i do now but.. thats not the
point )

why not on the first run too ?

say in shorts words inside profile and bashrc samely i source a thing that
does "$var" <( .. ) on a line
on first run no error, on second run et la error, i swear it wasnt there
