When referencing articles, please do not forget giving the name of the
authors, as that is what one normally is searching for.

Corbett's these, Akim Demaille used to have put up at:
http://www.lrde.epita.fr/people/akim/download/
It is also available from the Berkeley library.
The other one is mentioned in the bibliography of Aho, Sethi & Ullman,
"Compilers...".
