Help!!!

Here's my situation:
    I'v downloaded bison-1.35-src and UnxUtils(to support command "sed" in 
configure.bat), and I want to compile the bison source code on Windows2000.

So I do:
    1.run "configure", and get a new file named "Makefile" without warnings.
    2.run "make -f Makefile", and get an error "Makefile:17: *** missing 
separator.  Stop.".The content at line17 is "@SET_MAKE@".

How can I solve this problem?
It's really driving me to mad.
