You have to choose a Java skeleton file and write a Java skeleton file if
not somebody has already done that before. Somebody expressed earlier in
this or the Bug-Bison list, an interest in doing the latter, but I do not
know if such a Java skeleton file has yet been written. I wrote a C++
skeleton file, which is in the Bison-patches list, which can perhaps be
used as a model for Java skeleton file rewrite.

But you probably still have to get hold of a Java lexer generator. Later
Flex versions have also (I think) started to use M4 for its skeleton files,
so it should be in principle be possible to write a Java skeleton file for
use with Flex too.
