 It depends on what level you want a tutorial. There are Lex/Yacc
 examples for example in the Flex/Bison manuals, and books like the
 one by Aho, Sethi & Ullman, "Compilers..." (the Dragon book). (Also
 see the FAQ of the newsgroup comp.compilers, published there
 monthly.) Then read use the before mentioned manuals and hang out in
 the before mentioned newsgroup.

Tnx for help... Dmitry Podkuiko help me with this... heh i undestand BNF and
know C... but i need some step by step example with Flex and Bison....
i buy Dragon Book in Russian heh this is very good book... but not to
easy to undestand... +)
