Bison complains about missing _spawnvp (Windows 98)

Hi,

I'm trying to run GnuWin32 bison-1.875 on Windows 98 
and it says it cannot called _spawnvp:

The only thing I found on the web is
http://lists.zerezo.com/mingw-msys/msg00070.html and I
tried to set the M4 variable as suggested in the 
thread but it doesn't change anything. Actually, I
don't know exactly if it's a problem with Bison,
Windows or something else, so please tell me if there 
is a more appropriate NG or mailing list.
